By creating an account and using KavanaStock, you agreed to these Terms & Conditions during registration. If you no longer agree, you should stop using the service. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at kavanastock@gmail.com.
1. Who We Are

2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account and using KavanaStock, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
3. About the Service
KavanaStock provides tools for managing inventory, materials, products, and sales data for small businesses and independent sellers.
We may update, improve, or modify features at any time.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscription, Payments & Your Right to Cancel
- Some features are available only on paid plans.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep access until then.
- We'll email you a reminder ahead of each renewal for annual plans.
- No refunds are guaranteed for the current billing period once it has started, unless required by law.
Cooling-off period: if you are a consumer in the UK, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a new digital subscription and receive a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By subscribing to a paid plan and choosing to get access immediately, you agree that we may begin supplying the service straight away, and you acknowledge that once you've started using the paid features, you lose the right to cancel under this specific 14-day cooling-off right - this doesn't affect your separate right to cancel your subscription going forward at any time as described above, it only affects your right to a refund for the period already used.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice before it takes effect on your next renewal.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform
- Abuse or exploit the service
7. Data & Responsibility
You are responsible for the data you input into the platform, including products, materials, and sales records. You retain ownership of the business data you input. We own the KavanaStock software, branding, and platform itself, and nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you.
We are not responsible for business decisions made based on the data or insights provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
KavanaStock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at kavanastock@gmail.com.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll ask you to actively review and re-accept the updated Terms before you can continue using KavanaStock - simply continuing to use the service is not treated as acceptance of a material change.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of KavanaStock will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
